How to Change a Service

Changing a Service

 

1. Double click the desired Service to edit.

2. The Edit Service window will pop-up:



3. Select "Change" at the bottom of the screen.

4. The Change Service window will open:




5. Search for the new Service that the Customer is switching to. 

6. Enter the Service Start Date and the additional quantity if applicable.

7. If necessary, update the selected Routes. 

8. Save when finished.

9. The Service is now changed.

The old Service will show as Stopped or Scheduled to Stop 

The new Service will show as Current or Scheduled to Start

Optional Prorate:

If the change happens partway through the month, a pop-up will appear asking to manually adjust the prorate setting for these services.

Select 'No' and Accu-Trax will use its built-in prorate setting to create charges for this Billing Cycle.

Select 'Yes' and the Prorate Tool will pop up, allowing fine-tuning of the partial rate for these services. Auto-posting will be blocked for this service during the current Billing Cycle. 
A Driver Note will pop up for the Service change.

Edit the note as needed and click 'Save Notes'.
