Posting Scheduler TicketsPosting TicketsAll tickets are posted from the Post Scheduler Tickets screen 1. To open the Post Scheduler Tickets screen, select Scheduler > Post Tickets from the menu. 2. Tickets may be opened in one of two ways:
3. The Ticket Details screen will open. Enter the Quantity of each item that was affected.
4. Click "Post Ticket" to finish. Charges will be saved to the respective Customer's record. Edit Posted Tickets1. From the Contract where the ticket originated, open the "Tickets" tab and click on the desired ticket. 2. The Item, Quantity, and Amount that was initially recorded will be displayed in the Ticket Details pane. Click "Edit" to open the Edit Ticket window. 3. From the Edit Ticket window:
