Editing the Pickup Schedule


Adding an Extra Pickup Date


1. From the desired Contract, open the "Schedule" tab.

2. Click on "Add One-Time Date".



3. Select the Additional date in the calendar, then click "Okay".



Remove a Specific Date from the Pickup Schedule 


1. From the desired Contract, open the "Schedule" tab.

2. Right-click the date that needs to be removed in the "Upcoming Dates" list, then click "Cancel Date".




3. The cancelled date will be removed from Upcoming Dates and will now display in the "Exceptions" list.
 

Add a New Rule 


1. Select the desired Contract from the list on the far left side of the Scheduler tab.

2. Click the "Add Rule" button.



3. The Set Scheduler Rule window will pop-up. Set up the desired rule to add, then click "Save"
NOTE: It is only possible to add one rule at a time in this manner. For example, putting a rule in both the "Daily" and the "Monthly" tabs will not save both rules.



Stop a Rule Without Stopping the Contract 


1. From the desired Contract, open the "Schedule" tab. 

2. Right-click the Rule that needs to be removed then click "Set Stop Date".



3. A banner will pop-up requesting a Stop Date for the selected Rule. All subsequent pickup dates affected by that Rule will be removed after the selected date.



4. If the Rule has a Start Date set in the future, select "Cancel Rule" instead to remove the rule and all pickup dates resulting from it.
