Creating a New Contract 


1. From the Scheduler Tab, click the "New Contract" button.

2. The new Contract Window will open. Select the Service Address that the Contract should apply to, the Type of service, and the Start Date. In the bottom half of the window, there are three tabs: Contract, Schedule, and Services. Make sure to fill out all relevant information in each of the three tabs before clicking "Save".

Contract Tab: This tab includes general information, such as a description, contact information, and default Route. The Default Route will control how the pickups are displayed in the Workload report.

Schedule Tab: This tab sets the initial schedule for pickups. The schedule can be set up to repeat on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis, or copy the schedule from another Contract or account.

Services Tab: This tab determines which services will show by default on the tickets 

3. The new Contract is saved to the record. A new Ticket will be automatically added to the workload on each scheduled pickup day.
