Route Change History 

The Route Change History screen allows the user to view all changes in which Route Stops were moved from one Route to another.

1. To open the Route Change History, click "Tools" in the upper-left of the Route manager, then select "Route Change History".


2. Click the "Report" button to generate a list of which changes were made and to which Route Stops.

3. To send a Letter to all affected customers, select the desired Letter to send from the dropdown list and click "Create Letters". The options in the dropdown list come from the existing Letter Templates. "Create Letters" will use Mail Merge to populate all dynamic fields with customer information 

4. This screen will also record the time, date, and letter type of the most recent letter sent to each entry in the Route Change History list.
