Changing Routes and Sequence Numbers 

1. Double click the Route Stop to open the View Route Stop window

This window will display a summary of the Stop, including the Service Address, Route Name and Day, and which Service Items are being provided by this Route.

No fields can be edited on this screen.


2. To edit the Route stop, click the 'Edit' tab:

From here, edit the sequence number of the Route Stop. Click 'Save Changes' when finished.

If the Route Stop does not have any Service Items attached, it is possible to remove the Route Stop from this Service Address by clicking 'Delete'.

Route Stops that have, or have ever had, at least one service item attached to them cannot be removed from the Service Address even if that service item has been stopped or canceled.


3. History tab displays all changes made to a specific Route:

To change the Route back to the Previous Route, select Rollback.

"Rollback Change Set? This will revert all changes in the selected change set to the original value. Continue?" Selecting 'Yes' will rollback to the original values. Selecting 'No' will leave them as is.
 
A new pop-up may display alerting that it was unable to revert Driver Notes or Driver Text. They will need to reviewed and changed manually, if necessary.
