View Realtime

1. Go to Routes > Navigator > View Realtime.

2. The Navigator Real Time window will open. It has 4 different tabs to view by:

Map: From this tab, select a group to search by (Driver, Truck, or Route). By selecting the desired Group to see, live updates of where they are on their Route will be displayed. 'Clear Selection' will clear the chosen Group.

Message: From this tab, select a Driver to view or send live messages. New notes can also be sent to the Driver here, if any Driver Notes have been created since after they started their Route.

Route Events: From this tab, view Incoming Route Events as a listed report.

Inspection Results: From this tab, view the Inspection results that have been completed at the beginning of a trucking Route.
