Cloning a Ticket
1. To clone a ticket, open the original ticket from the Roll Off Tab.
2. Click the Ticket button in the upper-left corner of the Manage Roll Off Ticket Window:
3. Select "Clone Ticket" from the dropdown menu:
4. A new ticket with the same information will be created. Click the Create Ticket Button at the bottom of the screen to save.
