Creating a Roll Off Ticket
Go to the Roll Off function tab.
Setting up the Delivery
1. Select 'New Ticket' (A pop-up window will appear for Manage Roll Off Tickets):
If there are multiple Service Addresses on the account select the Service Address that this Roll Off is for.
Select the Type of Service that this Roll Off is for.
If the Service is not already available see
Roll Off Services to set up the needed Roll Off Service.
If applicable, enter a Dispatch Facility.
If applicable, set a Deposit Amount and Deposit Method.
If applicable, set the correct Material.
Enter any additional terms that need to be listed.
2. Assign a Container to the Ticket:
Select the Assign button next to the Container Box:
In the Roll Off Container Lookup, search for the desired Container.
Double click on the desired Container to add to the Ticket.
3. Under the Delivery Portion of the window:
Select the Action: Dump/Return or Pull. These are the default terms but actual terms may vary.
Enter the Date. Optionally, enter a Pick up time (AM/PM/or N/A).
Driver: Set the individual Driver for the Roll Off ticket if desired (optional).
Route: If there is a specific Route that is set to take the Roll Off Container to the Customer's Address, select the Route from the dropdown menu (optional).
Driver Notes: Enter any additional notes for the Driver (optional).
4. Select Create Ticket when complete.
5. A Charges screen will appear:
If any additional Charges need to be added, select Add Charge and adjust the applicable fields.
If a Charge needs to be deleted, select Remove above the Charge.
Once all Charges are set as desired, Post the Charges to create them as a transaction. Otherwise select Cancel to not post any Charges.
6. Preview Delivery ticket will view the Ticket which can then be printed if necessary.
