User History 

The User History tool records any action performed in the system by its respective user.

1. Open the screen by clicking "User History" in the top menu. The following actions will generate a record:

- Address Validate 

- Adding Attachments

- Running, Printing, Exporting, or Finalizing Billing

- Creating or editing a Customer Contact record 

- Navigating to a Customer record

- Running a report 

- Opening a Customer record through the search screen

- Updating Customer Information

- Creating an Instant Bill

- Creating a Letter

- Creating a Mail Merge

- Creating, Editing, or Deleting a Memo

- Creating a new Customer 

- Capturing a Print Screen 

- Logging in and out

- Creating, Editing, or Deleting a Tag

- F3 Quick-Posting for Transactions (Using the Post Transactions does not create a User History record)
2. Click "Report" to export the current display of User History into a spreadsheet. 

3. Use the "User" Dropdown menu to select whose User History to display.

4. Enter in a From and To Date to view User History within the specified date range.
