Accu-Trax application error logs are located at “%localAppData%\Accutrax Logging”

These are text files that can be sent to support@accu-trax.com.

If multiple applications are listed, select the applicable folder. This may be Office or Gatehouse. Select the file that contains the date when the error occurred.

We encourage creating a shortcut to this folder so that they can be easily found again in the future.
