Scheduler Tab 

All active Contracts are listed in the table on the leftmost pane of the Scheduler tab. Inactive Contracts can be viewed by checking the "View history" box above the table. Click on a Contract in the Contract list to view details for that Contact. There are four details tabs:

Contract: This tab includes general information, such as a description, contact information, and default Route.  The Default Route will control how the pickups are displayed in the Workload report.

Schedule: Lists all rules which determine the pickup schedule for the contract, any exceptions to those rules, and the resulting list of Upcoming Dates.

Tickets: Displays all tickets that have been generated for this Contract. Select a ticket from the center list to display charge details on the right.

Services: Shows all item types covered by the Contract and the rates for each.
