How to Change a Customer Status 


1. Click the arrow down next to the Status.



2. Select Change Status.



3. Select the appropriate discontinued status for the customer.



4. Set the Date for the new Status to begin.

5. Select 'Save' when finished.

All Addresses and Services will be scheduled to stop on the same date as the Status change.
6. A pop-up will ask about manually prorating the stopped services, if applicable.

7. A new pop-up window will open for adding Driver Notes. 

Enter any additional notes necessary for the Driver and Save Notes. 
A Status Change can also be accessed from the View History option when selecting the Status dropdown. Along with viewing the historical Statuses for the selected Customer, there is an option to Undo the Most Recent Status Change if that change is set to take effect in the future. 



To Undo, right-click the Change Status button and select Undo Most Recent Status.



Select "Yes" to continue.



Accu-Trax will alert that there may be Driver Notes that need to be reviewed as a result of changing and undoing the Status.
