Service Display

The way that Services are displayed can be adjusted to assist with identifying specific Service behaviors.

Service Display Months

The behavior to which scheduled-to-start and stopped Services in the Services pane are displayed when the 'View History' checkbox is unchecked. 

  • When View History is checked, then all Service history is displayed.


  • This setting is found in System Tools > Settings > Display > Service Display.


  • Both the Future Months and Past Months fields require a positive integer.
  • The Future Months field means "Show services scheduled-to-start this month PLUS services scheduled-to-start this many more months into the future".
    • I.e., if the Future Months field is set to 2 and the current month is January, then services scheduled-to-start in January, February, and/or March will be displayed with the  icon.  Services scheduled to start in April or later will not be displayed.
      • If left blank, then all services scheduled-to-start will be displayed.
  • The Past Months field means "Show stopped services until the end of the month when they are stopped PLUS this many more months".
    • I.e., if the Past Months field is set to 2 and the current month is January, then services stopped earlier this month, in December, and/or in November will be displayed with the  icon.  Services stopped in October or earlier will not be displayed.
    • If left blank, then all previously stopped services will be displayed, regardless of whether or not the View History checkbox is checked.

Weekly Display

Further Service Display options can be adjusted in the same Settings menu.

  • Services that are assigned to routes with a non-sequential frequency (every other week, every third week, etc.) can be given custom names and color coding to help identify the behavior of these services.
