Icon List 


Home Screen 


 Online Status Indicator: Green checkmark means that Accu-Trax is online. Red X means it is offline.

 New Tab Button: This will open a new Customer tab. The new tab opens to the same account that is open on the active tab by default.

 Recent Update: Indicates that a field has been updated recently.

 Information: Indicates that there is more information available about this field. Hover over for a tooltip or double-click for more detailed information.

 Embedded Help Box: Not currently active. This box will link to relevant help information when activated. 

 Geocode: Click this button to manually set the geocode for this Address.

Function Tab Icons 


 Home Tab: Opens the Customizable Home Screen Tab.

 Services Tab: Opens the Services Tab.

 Transactions Tab: Opens the Transactions Tab.

 Comments Tab: Opens the Comments Tab.

 Customer Contact Tab: Opens the Customer Contact Tab.

 Other Information Tab: Opens the Other Information Tab.

 Route Activity Tab: Opens the Route Activity Tab.

 Rolloff Tab: Opens the Rolloff Tab.

 Online-Billpay Tab: Opens the Online-Billpay Tab.

Service Icons 


 Scheduled to Start: Indicates a Service that is scheduled to start, but which has not started yet.

 Scheduled to Stop: Indicates a Service that is scheduled to stop, but which has not stopped yet. 

 Stopped: Indicates a Service that has been stopped. A Service is considered "Stopped" if it was performed at least once before the Service ended. By default, Stopped Service will display on the Service Address for 6 months.

 Cancelled: Indicates a Service that has been Cancelled. A Service is considered "Cancelled" if it was scheduled to start, but was removed without ever being performed. See Undo Starting a Service. No charge will be made to the Account for a Cancelled Service. Cancelled Services will only be displayed if the "View History" checkbox has been selected at the top of the Services Tab.

Account Search Filtering Icons


: Only displays records where the field is an exact match to the value entered. No Wildcards.

: Displays all records where the field does not exactly match the value entered. No Wildcards.

: Displays all records where the field is greater than the value entered. No Wildcards.

: Displays all records where the field is greater than or equal to the value entered. No Wildcards.

: Displays all records where the field is less than the value entered. No Wildcards.

: Displays all records where the field is less than or equal to the value entered. No Wildcards.

: Displays all records that have the value entered as all or part of the field, similar to the Main Search bar. No Wildcards.

: Displays all records that do NOT have the value entered as all or part of the field. No Wildcards.

: Displays all records where the field begins with the value entered. No Wildcards.

: Displays all records where the field ends with the value entered. No Wildcards.

: Displays all records where the field matches the pattern entered, using Wildcards to indicate variables.

: Displays all records where the field does NOT match the pattern entered, using Wildcards to indicate variables.
