Comments 

Comments serve as static notes regarding a customer's account. A common use of Comments is to record internal Customer Service Representative communications and documentation.

1. Select the 'Comments' function tab on the left of the Accu-Trax main menu.

2. To edit the Comments, click 'Edit' at the bottom of the screen. 

3. When finished, click 'Save' at the bottom of the screen.

Memos

Memos can be used as alerts for records or as quick notes. Memos are automatically stamped with the date and time of creation and sorted by creation date in the Memos list.

1. To create a new Memo, click 'New' on the Memos pane.

The New Memo screen will populate.

Fill in the desired message. Optionally, check 'Show as popup' to display this Memo each time the customer's account is accessed.

Click 'Save'

The Memo will now display in the Memos pane of the Comments Tab.
2. To edit an existing Memo, click 'Edit' on the Memos pane.

The Edit Memos window will populate including a list of all existing Memos for the selected customer.

Select a Memo and click 'Edit' to adjust the Message or Popup checkbox.

The Memo may also be deleted from this window.
