Saved Files

Accu-Trax will keep a list of saved PDF files that can be sent to individual customers.
  • Saved Files can be used like Letters, however Letters rely on dynamic customer data and image formatting to relay specific information to groups of accounts.
  • Unlike Letters, Saved Files are generally existing PDF files with static information that a company will send to customers, such as release notes, updates, announcements, service changes, or government regulation changes.

There are four notable actions in the 'Saved Files' menu:

  1. Import PDF - Opens File Manager to find and select new PDF files to add to the 'Saved Files' menu.
  2. Delete PDF - Highlight a saved file and select Delete PDF to remove the selected file from this list.
  3. Email - Highlight a saved file and create a standard email for specific recipients. Additional attachments can be added. Sending an email will default the recipient as the email on file.
  4. Print - Print a copy of the saved file.

PDFs in the 'Saved Files' menu can be viewed in Page Thumbnails and with associated attachments if applicable.


When sending saved files to a customer, a Customer Contact will be entered with the detailed history of that contact. This will store a copy of the body text, subject, attachment, contact type, date, and the customer response if applicable.
