Send Email
Opens the 'Send Email Message' menu where a standard email can be sent directly to the customer.
Customer Tools > Send Email.
Any emails sent to the customer will be recorded in the Customer Contact menu. This documentation will display the Subject, text, attachment, Recipient, Date, and User that sent the email.

Email History
The 'Email History' menu displays a list of all emails sent to the customer in chronological order. Specific information regarding the time, content, and attachments associated with the emails can be viewed.
Customer Tools > Email History.
