Mass Rate Change

This tool is useful to change a multitude of rates within varying Services and Service Areas.

System Tools > Advanced Tools > Mass Rate Change.
Select the drop down in the upper right of the 'Advanced Rate Change' window to select a specific Service Area or all Service Areas.

1. Select the preferred Service Area or all Service Areas to make rate adjustments.

NOTE: Check 'Inactive Service Areas' to find Services in Areas no longer used.

2. Select the specific Service.

3. In the 'Selected Item' section enter the New Rate and the Start Month.

NOTE: The Start Month will default to the next following month. Select the current month to apply changes immediately.

4. The 'New Rates' section will display all the current changes being made.

Delete any mistakes by highlighting the change and selecting 'Delete New Rate'.
This section displays Service Name, Service Area, Old Rate, New Rate, and the Start Month of the New Rate.

NOTE: Double check all changes to make sure of their accuracy before saving.

5. 'Save' once complete.
