Creating Service Item Template

Setup Service Item Template 

Service Item Templates are used to create 'packages' or groups of commonly paired Service Items for easier selecting.

  • For example, many customers will receive a Garbage and Recycling package, therefore a template with both services can be added to limit the number of individual services that are on a customer's account.
  • This may also be helpful for adding every-other-week service packages.

Setting Up a New Service Item Template


1. Select System Tools > Database Setup > Services & Transactions > Service Items Templates.

2. Select 'New'.

3. Enter Name for the Template.

4. Update the Service Area if necessary.



5. Add a Service Item by selecting the dropdown menu.




6. Select 'Add' for each Item to add to the Template.

NOTE: Service Items may also be deleted from a Template in this window.
7. Select 'Save' once completed.

Deleting a Service Item from a Template 

 

1. Select the desired Service Item Template.

2. Select 'Edit'.


3. Select the Service Item to be deleted.

4. Select 'Delete Selected Item'.



5. 'Save' Template or add New Service Item if necessary.

Editing a Service Item Template


1. Select the desired Service Item Template.

2. Select 'Edit'.


3. Update as necessary.

4. 'Save'.
